Hi I am wondering how long one can stay, and if so what is the extended rate.
    Thank you

My husband will be working in the area for the summer and we had some questions about your park. Do you allow campfires? What is your monthly rate for 30ft fifth wheel? How big are your lots? How many vehicles (we will have 2 trucks my husbands work truck and one for me and the kids so we can travel home periodically)?

    • Angela says:

      Hi Hayden,

Thank you for visiting You can stay as long as you need to stay in an RV/camper. There are limitations on the length of a stay for tent camping. Campfires on the ground are not allowed as we are located within the city limits of Grain Valley, MO. You can use a patio fire pit as long as it is on the gravel area of the campsite.
